We provide Home Care in the community and have built up an excellent reputation and team that delivers Home Care Services to Clients within the Ashbourne and surrounding area.
You will need the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being an effective team member. You will need to be a great communicator, a caring individual and have a positive attitude. The ability to recognise and be able to see things from the client’s perspective is essential. We support our clients with their personal care/medication/nutrition and hydration/moving & positioning as well as encouraging independence with tasks of daily living.
You will need to be reliable and flexible as our variable rotas include working every other weekend, evenings and bank holidays. Staff work on a rota basis.

We offer an attractive employment package, including contracted hours, uniform, pension and other staff benefits, along with full robust induction and mandatory training, Care Cert, On-going training, NVQ if required, regular staff supervision/observations and team meetings. Experience of working with people receiving care and support is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
